I'm Porsche Small, CEO of Greenroom VA Services, LLC.
For more than eight years, I've been the steady hand behind creative and client-facing businesses, supporting artists, creatives, professional speakers, and coaches so they can stay focused on their craft instead of their inbox.
My background spans client engagement management, customer success, project coordination, and production operations, work that taught me how to anticipate what a business needs before it becomes urgent. Today, as Director of Client Engagement at Madelyn Mackie and Associates,LLC, I manage client relationships end to end, from onboarding through ongoing strategy, while keeping the details running smoothly behind the scenes.That same skill set is what Green Room VA Services brings to you: calendar management, inbox organization, client communication, and project support, and more.
